Yes, becoming secure is absolutely possible! The journey unfolds in four key phases:
Phase 1: Unconscious Incompetence – You’re unaware of the patterns shaping your relationships. Things just seem to "happen."
Phase 2: Conscious Incompetence – You start recognizing unhelpful patterns but may feel unsure about how to change them.
Phase 3: Conscious Competence – You actively practice new behaviors and communication skills. It takes effort, but change becomes visible.
Phase 4: Unconscious Competence – Healthy patterns feel natural. You no longer need to think about them—they become part of who you are.
Healing takes time, but small steps lead to big change. Many people see significant improvements in their relationships, well-being, and overall happiness within three months.
You don’t have to do this alone—I’m here to guide and support you.

We begin with a free online introduction call—a relaxed, no-pressure conversation (think of it as a virtual coffee chat). This is a chance to see if we’re a good fit and if I’m the right person to support you.
Next, we move into two Discovery Sessions, where we dive deeper into your story, explore your attachment style, and gain insight into your relational patterns. This allows me to design a personalized approach that fits your needs. Only after that do we begin the coaching sessions.
All sessions are held online, creating a safe and comfortable space where you can reflect and engage from wherever you feel most at ease.
Most people benefit from 12 sessions, but the pace is flexible depending on your progress. You can choose to pay per session or opt for a bundle of 4 sessions for more structure and continuity.

Yes, I offer attachment coaching for individuals with fearful avoidant, disorganized, dismissive avoidant, and anxious preoccupied attachment styles. Each attachment style comes with its own challenges, but also unique strengths that we can leverage for personal growth.
Through structured coaching sessions, we’ll explore your relational patterns, develop emotional regulation strategies, and work toward a more secure attachment style. No matter where you’re starting from, meaningful change is possible with the right guidance and tools. -
I offer coaching in both Dutch and English, and I’m fluent in both. You’re welcome to choose the language you feel most comfortable expressing yourself in.
