Yes, becoming secure is absolutely possible! The journey unfolds in four key phases:
Phase 1: Unconscious Incompetence – You’re unaware of the patterns shaping your relationships. Things just seem to "happen."
Phase 2: Conscious Incompetence – You start recognizing unhelpful patterns but may feel unsure about how to change them.
Phase 3: Conscious Competence – You actively practice new behaviors and communication skills. It takes effort, but change becomes visible.
Phase 4: Unconscious Competence – Healthy patterns feel natural. You no longer need to think about them—they become part of who you are.
Healing takes time, but small steps lead to big change. Many people see significant improvements in their relationships, well-being, and overall happiness within three months.
