    If we’re a good fit, you begin with two Discovery Sessions, which include an in-depth intake and a validated attachment style assessment.

    From there, we meet weekly or bi-weekly for 1-hour online sessions, following a personalized 6-step plan. Each session includes:

    • Practical tools you can apply immediately

    • Reflection exercises

    • Progress check-ins

    • Support tailored to your attachment patterns and goals

    Most clients follow the program for 12 sessions, but you control the pace.
